 Dharamshala is one of the best tourist places of Himachal Pradesh, India. It holds wisdom, religion, history and beauty of nature which attracts pilgrims and tourists from all over the world. 1.    War Memorial, Dharamshala: To commemorate the memory of those that fought valiantly for the honour of their motherland, this war memorial is constructed at the entry point of the Dharamshala town. This place offers a fine and pleasant walk through the woods as it is located in the pine forest of Dharamshala.

Near the Dharamshala War Memorial there are two main attractions which are the beautiful GPG College Dharamshala and a café serving fast food and beverages. 2.    Tsuglag Khang complex: Tsuglag Khang complex is constructed in the year 1959 for when his holiness Dalai Lama first arrived in India and this complex is served as his residence since then. This Tsuglag Khang complex is one of the major attractions of Dharamshala and consist of various construction including famous Namgyal monastery, a museum that consist of the life history and various cultures of Tibetans, a library, a book store, a coffee shop and a privet residence for his holiness Dalai Lama to stay.

3.    Dal Lake: Situated in the 1,775 meter above the sea level, Dal Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Dharamshala. This greenish coloured Dal Lake is very quiet and calm, and the surrounding mountain range and forest of decor tree gave this lake a spectacular and eye catching view. There is also a temple of Lord Shiva can be found in the bank of the lake. This lake is just 2 km away from the main market of Kangra district and walking is the best way to reach it. Most of tourist enjoys various activities such as water sports, picnic, trekking etc around the lake.

4.    Bhagsu Nag Falls: At a distance of 2 km away from the McLeod Ganj, the village of Bhagsu Nag is situated where this beautiful Bhagsu Nag waterfall is located. This is a 30 feet tall waterfall which gains its true beauty around the monsoon season. There is also a Bhagsu Nag temple located near the waterfall.
